Protein waffles:
- Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 egg (mix),
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup of water
- Directions
- mix butter and egg together
- add protein powder, flaxseed meal, vanilla and water
- cook how you would normally cook waffles
- you can top them with butter, almond butter, fruit, or other sweets
